Please treat the villa with care — it is our family home and has been prepared with attention to detail for your stay.

-No smoking inside the property
-No parties or events
-Please be mindful of noise in the evenings, in respect of this quiet residential neighborhood
-The jacuzzi is available for guests — please follow the usage instructions provided at the property

Please note that the gardener visits the property quarterly. If a visit is scheduled during your stay, you will be notified in advance. In addition, weekly jacuzzi maintenance is performed every Tuesday or Wednesday to keep it clean and in excellent condition.
